According to the legislation of the EU all clients can cancel an online purchase in a 7 working days period from making the purchase. This 7 work days period does not apply to hotel accommodations, rent-a-car reservations, purchase of air tickets, cruises, etc.
Cancellation of an air ticket reservation
You can cancel your air ticket reservation before it has been issued without having to pay penalty taxes. After the ticket is issued and you require a cancellation, the rules of the fare and the airline that has issued your ticket have to apply (no matter if part of the trip is being operated by a different carrier). If the airline permits, you may be able to cancel your air ticket during the same work day (before 23:59 PM EET) that the ticket has been issued in without having to pay penalty taxes.
Policy for deliverance of goods / services
According to the law, the travel documents are electronic and are delivered via e-mail in one working day from the payment.
Claim
All claims are arranged in written according to the terms and conditions of the working legislation. If you are not happy with the service (reservation) provided by Air Tickets Ltd., you can contact us at office@airtickets.bg. In case you are not happy with a service provided by a third party (airline, cruise company, hotel, rent-a-car company), Air Tickets Ltd. will cooperate with you in the search for responsibility of said third party according the applicable rules and order.
Refund
In case a refund is possible, Air Tickets Ltd. will refund you in the period of 7 working days after the refund has been made to Air Tickets Ltd. by the corresponding airline.
